Manuscript Evaluation
Sally Stuart also evaluates manuscripts as time allows. For articles or short stories send full manuscript. No Poetry or picture books. For books, send a copy of your cover letter, a chapter-by-chapter synopsis, and three sample chapters. This is not a line-by-line copy editing, but an overall evaluation and suggestions for improvements, etc. Charges $40 per hour and deposit of $40 (you may set a limit if you prefer).
